Now reading Ultra-Processed People by Chris van Tulleken.
Have been waiting to read this book for a few weeks; I had it on hold from my University Library and and it has finally been made available. The day I started reading the book, there were a couple of articles on ultra-processed food, one in The Economist called “What makes ultra-processed foods so bad for your health?” and one in The Guardian entitled “Big effort needed on UK diet to fight ultra-processed food, say health experts”.
